Weeden's e-desk is also thoroughly conversant with the trading jargon of the day. The firm is fully FIX compliant, boasting FIX links to all of the major order management systems (OMS) including Macgregor's Predator system via MFN, AutEx's Traderoute, Thomson's Opentrader, Bridge's IOE2 and Bloomberg's portfolio trading system. This connectivity permits Weeden's electronic trading team to directly notify each client of all natural merchandise and to receive all three levels of orders (DOT-type, block orders and sophisticated baskets) from clients.
