Geoff Kieburtz

Geoff Kieburtz focuses on the oilfield service and equipment industry. He has received repeated recognition from Institutional Investor, the Wall Street Journal and other publications for the quality of his research. From 1978 to 1986, Mr. Kieburtz worked for Schlumberger as a field engineer, location manager and in various marketing and technical management positions in the Wireline division, with international assignments in Norway, the United Kingdom, Pakistan and Egypt. From 1988 to 1992, Mr. Kieburtz worked for Marakon Associates, a general management consulting firm, where he was a senior manager. Most recently, Geoff was a Managing Director and Senior Analyst at Citi where he followed the Oilfield Service and Equipment industry since 1992. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Master's degree in management from the Yale School of Management.
