Amit Chatterjee

Amit Chatterjee is a Senior Managing Director at Weeden & Co. in Greenwich CT, and Chief Information Officer. His responsibilities include executive technology oversight at the firm.

Prior to joining Weeden, Amit was employed by Citigroup as the CTO for Global Equities. With 19 years experience in the securities industry, beginning with Salomon Brothers in 1990, Salomon Smith Barney, and Citigroup, Amit is an innovator in equities front and middle office technology. He has been employed with Weeden since 2007. Prior to joining Wall Street, Amit worked for 3 years in Bell Labs in various research projects.

Amit has served on various financial services industry advisory committees, including the NASDAQ Technology Advisory Council. He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Calcutta University in India and a M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.
