Andrew Formato

Andrew Formato is Co-President and Senior Managing Director of Weeden & Co. and co-head of Institutional Equity Sales. Andy began his career in the Securities Industry in 1992, after having graduated from Trinity College with a BA in History.

He worked in various capacities within Institutional sales at Smith Barney, S.C. Bernstein, and then CIBC World Markets, where he was one of the top producers covering Institutional accounts in the firm, before joining Weeden in 2003. Andy also serves on Weeden & Co.'s Senior Management Committee and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010.
