Christopher J. Mahler

Christopher J. Mahler is Chief Operating Officer and Senior Managing Director for Weeden & Co. L.P. His responsibilities include executive oversight of day to day operations. Chris was appointed to the Board of Directors of Weeden & Co .L.P in 2005.

Prior to joining Weeden & Co. L.P., Chris spent ten years on the buy side at J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. where he was a Vice President of Equity Trading.

Chris joined Weeden & Co. L.P. in 1996 and worked as a listed position trader until 1999. Chris was appointed to the Senior Management Committee in 1998. Chris was named National Sales Manager and Director of Research from 1999-2007, when he was named to his current position.

Chris has served on various financial services advisory committees including the joint NYSE and Amex ITAC, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the National Organization of Investment Professionals. Chris received his Bachelors degree in Finance from Providence College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
