Craig S. Hetherington

Craig S. Hetherington is CEO of Weeden & Co, and is also a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Craig has worked his entire career at Weeden & Co., rising through the ranks of Weeden’s listed trading department, first as a block trader and then as head of the trading desk, a position he was promoted to in 1999.

Craig was named a Managing Director of Weeden, and head of all capital commitment for the firm in 2001. He also became a member of the firm’s Senior Management Committee in that same year. In 2003, Craig was promoted to President of Weeden & Co., and in 2005 was also elected to the firm’s Board of Directors.

Craig has been highly instrumental in positioning Weeden & Co. as an Industry leader in the execution and block trading business, and he has played a key role as well in building the firm’s Program and Algorithmic businesses.

He earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Delaware in 1990.
