Michael Mook

Michael Mook is a Senior Managing Director of the Program Trading Group at Weeden & Co. His responsibilities include: connectivity, market structure, smart routing and marketing. At Weeden he is the technological and operational jack-of-all-trades, handling issues ranging from technology integration to clearing.

Destined for Wall Street from childhood Michael joined Weeden in 1998 after five years at Jefferies and Company, where he established the program and electronic trading department. Prior to Jefferies Michael worked at Bear Stearns in proprietary index arbitrage, agency program trading, and other departments.

He graduated from Emory University with a BA in Economics and Philosophy.
