Robert A. Cervoni

Robert A. Cervoni is Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Corporate Secretary, and a Senior Managing Director of Weeden & Co. in Greenwich CT. His responsibilities include executive oversight of all financial and administrative functions at the firm.

Prior to joining Weeden, Bob was employed by Spear Securities Inc. as CFO and Director, and Spicer & Oppenheim where he served as Audit Manager specializing in the audit of Financial Services firms. Bob also served as a consultant to Instinet Corporation. He has been employed with Weeden since 1986, and was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1987.

Bob is a Certified Public Accountant and holds various securities licenses. He is a member of the AICPA, SIFMA’s Financial Management Division and Legal and Compliance Division. He has a B.A. in accounting from Long Island University.
