Michael A. Temple

Michael A. Temple is a Managing Director and Head of High Yield Securities for Weeden’s Fixed Income Division. Michael has managed and traded high-yield bonds, preferred stocks, commodities, and private investments for over 20 years.

Michael formerly served as Managing Director in charge of high-yield bond trading at the Grantchester Securities division of Wasserstein Perella. Before that, he was the head of the preferred stock trading desk at Morgan Stanley for seven years. He began his career with Cargill, Inc. as a commodities trader in the soybean and soybean meal group, later transferring to the Cargill Financial Markets Division.

Michael received his B.A. from Harvard University in U.S. History.

Michael and his wife Jeanne have a son and daughter and reside in Rye, New York.
