Amy Noblin

Amy Noblin joined Weeden & Co. in 2010 from Pali Capital, where she had been a Managing Director covering Softline Retail since 2008. She worked the first 5 years of her career as a retail industry buyer for Saks and Neiman Marcus before becoming an analyst in 1998 with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. In 2000, Ms. Noblin joined Banc of America Securities where she worked on a very highly regarded retail research team for the next 8 years.

Amy’s research group at Banc of America Securities, which included another prominent retail analyst, was consistently recognized by Greenwich Associates and the Institutional Investor All-America Research Survey, as well as by The Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” for earnings estimates.

Among the points of research differentiation Amy brings to Weeden, and where she is most recognized for her work, include stock picking, deep relationships with management teams and field work (focus group work and store checks). Amy is based in Weeden & Co.’s Greenbrae / San Francisco office and is assisted by Jessica Swan, associate analyst, who joins her from Pali Capital.

Ms. Noblin holds a BS in Economics from Texas A&M University.
