Kevin Starke is Weeden’s senior analyst focusing on special situations, distressed and post-reorganization small-cap/mid-cap companies. Starke@Weeden provides innovative ideas on under followed and poorly understood companies within a coverage universe of 20-25 names. Separating himself from the rest of the street, Kevin evaluates the distressed/post-reorg universe as an asset class - producing timely analytical reports highlighting his favorite ideas. Starke@Weeden incorporates consensus analysis as well as research on demand, and combines thorough fundamental analysis with rapid response to event-driven situations. Prior to joining Weeden, Kevin provided fundamental research coverage of this group at both Imperial Capital and Bear Stearns.
